The Projects section is your virtual control room for creating and managing projects.
Once you've created a new project and invited the required participants, with a single click you can:
• Add a task
• Add a milestone
• Create a meeting
• Add a note
• Add time for you or your team
• View all related documents
• Create a project template
Adding tasks and milestones is simple and allows everything from naming and describing the task/milestone to assigning it, setting start and end dates, attaching a memo or document(s), setting sharing permissions and even tagging the task with keywords.
Creating a new meeting allows you to easily set the objectives, agenda, date, time and duration, as well as invite attendees and attach related documents. When the meeting is over you can create meeting notes in PDF with a single click to send to the attendees.
Select Add Time and you can quickly and easily enter billable or non-billable hours for the selected project or task, for yourself or your team members.
You can quickly add a new document or view/edit/delete all current documents attached to the project with ease.
Creating a project template is also a snap and a huge time saver if you follow a similar formula for certain types of projects. Copy an existing project and paste it as a new project. Make any required adjustments - such as dates, participants, etc. - and you're off and running!
