Project owners can set billing and costing rates for each team member on a project-by-project basis. For maximum flexibility, users can then enter their own time or have it entered by a project administrator.

You can print a variety of reports by person, project, or date. Creating end-of-month billing and profitability reports is a snap. Users can review reports in multiple views to ensure their accuracy and make any adjustments that are needed prior to printing.

The Billing Advice, Profitability and Costing reports can be exported as Microsoft Excel documents or printed as PDFs. The PDF reports are clean and professional looking. They're the perfect attachment to client invoices because they can print with your corporate logo.

ProjjexTime exports time records to an .xls format so you can analyze them in a spreadsheet or integrate them with another software application.
